Access to and use of the Online Shop www.oceanstitch.com grants visitors the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User. Ocean Stitch may at any time amend, in whole or in part, the Terms and Conditions contained herein;
Ocean Stitch Customers are considered final consumers, subject to VAT payment, with the exception of residents in third countries outside the European Union-
The Website and its content, including graphics, texts, graphic images, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, brands, creative works, illustrations, photos or industrial designs and any other features capable of being used for industrial and commercial purposes are owned by and the property of Ocean Stitch or third party owners who duly authorised their use on the Website and are protected by Portuguese and international laws on intellectual and industrial property.
Under no circumstances whatsoever does Ocean Stitch grant any type of license or participate in any form of assignment, transfer or total or partial assignment of the above rights, or grant any right or expectation of right, specifically, in relation to the alteration, transformation, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the aforementioned content without the prior express written permission of Ocean Stitch or the corresponding owners.
Ocean Stitch collects your personal data for the purpose of managing accounts, billing and providing information, according to your express authorisation, and pledges to ensure privacy and security in processing and maintaining the personal data of each Customer.
The entire payment process, from the selection of the means of payment to the introduction of private data and validation of the order, is properly protected with appropriate electronic security tools.

Online Shop Registration
The individual registration in the Online Shop is made in “Registration”. This registration facilitates the purchase process by saving the Customer identification data, which allows the Customer to be immediately identified, without the need for new input. You may update your personal data online whenever you make a purchase.
We want to provide an excellent service, but sometimes….
- We need to run updates, which we promise to carry out in the shortest possible time;
- There may be several purchases made simultaneously and cause the product you ordered to be no longer available. If this is the case, you will be contacted via e-mail and the amount you paid will be refunded to you;
- The colour of displayed products may differ slightly from real-life colours depending on your computer colour settings. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days.
